School-based training is based on the schools and considers educating teachers in actual teaching as its starting point. It is an important way to promote the joint development of the teachers, schools and students. With the development of the new curriculum reform, teacher's school-based training in rural schools draws more and more attention from the educational field. The technology today develops so rapidly that the issue that how we use existing technology to improve the teacher's school-based training in rural schools is worthy of everyone's concern.The paper makes a field survey on the actual situation about teacher's school-based training among three rural schools in Lixian, Longnan Gansu Province through the methods of bibliographical research, questionnaire, interviews and so on. The study makes an analysis of the current situation on teacher's school-based training in rural schools in Gansu Province and then has an in-depth exploration on the problems existing in the teacher's school-based training. Through referring to a lot of literature, analyzing the advantages of technology and combining some experience about the teacher's school-based training in Lixian NO.2 Senior High School, the author proposes some strategies which can be effectively curried out in the field of the teacher's school-based training in rural areas with the support of the technique. Finally, through a term's duration, the paper attends to apply the strategies to the process of the teacher's school-based training in Lixian NO.2 Senior High School and then makes these strategies perfect.By reading a lot of literature and field survey the study found that currently in the process of the teacher's school-based training, the teacher's school-based training content in the rural schools are too single, the methods of training are too old, the systems are too imperfect owing to a lack of understanding on the teacher's school-based training. As a result, the teacher's school-based training in rural schools couldn't achieve satisfactory effect and the teachers also couldn't improve their professional competence or specialized knowledge. With regard to these problems, the study proposes the strategies from the view of both the teachers' personal development and school's management combining the advantages of technology, so as to promote the further development of school-based training of teachers in rural schools.
