Educational technology has become an important professional quality of teachers, education technology training is to improve the technical capacity of teacher education the main way. To carry out education technology training in vocational teacher is to promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of secondary vocational school an important measure. However, the current education technology training research about teachers of secondary vocational school has not been rich and very little systematic research. How to effectively carry out the education technology training of secondary vocational schools teacher is one of the hot and difficult problems is still at the exploratory trial stage.In this study, the theory and method of performance technology to bring in educational technology training of school-based for teachers, implementing the design study of the idea, design and implementation of educational technology school-based training. To Z school teachers as study object, a combination of literature, investigation method, classroom observation and other research methods to undertake research. First of all, studies the concepts and models of performance technology, educational technology and school-based training content on the basis of the literature to design school-based training model for educational technology. Then, through questionnaires and interviews with teachers, the ability to status and training needs, identify performance gaps; find the reasons for performance gaps arise from two aspects of teaching and non-teaching interventions developed to design school-based training programs. Finally, the implementation of school-based training, evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs. At the same time, research and training in the problems in trying to solve the problem, trying to be developed in theory.Studies have shown that: 1.Performance technology is an effective educational technology-based training tool. For the design of school-based training to provide a clear idea of strict operating procedures and effective interventions. 2.To build the school-based training programs can effectively enhance the capacity of teachers in educational technology. Practice shows that the training achieved training objectives.3.The alert Thinking have an impact of effective communication between teachers and collaboration, Hinder the occurrence of deep-seated study and often to make the training a mere formality. This paper analyzes the alert thinking on the causes and impact to training in educational technology training, and proposed to establish a sense of belonging and improve teacher,Learning method of training,Employ a high level of teaching of teachers and school administrators involved in,To improve the training performance。In this study, I developed the questionnaire, performance technology process model and training programs can carry out related research and practice provided information. A certain extent, it had increased the capacity of school teachers in educational technology, Enrich the educational technology training in theory and practice, for educational administration departments and other schools to provide a basis for similar training and guidance.
