With the development of information technology in the field of education, the combination of technology and primary school English teaching has become a trend.More and more schools and teachers are trying to use different techniques and software to carry on the auxiliary teaching, which is basing on that English has become an important communication tool in modern society. Thereamong,Intelligent Voice Technology as a new one has less research on the primary school English teaching. Therefore, This paper firstly summarizes the research and development status quo at home and abroad, and analyzes the current situation and problems of primary English teaching in China. Secondly, it introduces the concept of Intelligent Voice Technology, and the Intelligent Voice Technology tools in this paper, as well as the related functionsin which can use in the primary school English Teaching. And then, it refers to the basic theory of information education and language learning: Constructivism Theory, Humanistic Psychology Theory and Second Language Acquisition Theory. Using the empirical research methods, in Primary School Affiliated to Nanchang University two class of students as the research object, through experiment, investigation and interview, this paper analyzes the using effect of Intelligent Voice Technology in English Teaching of primary school. The results show that Intelligent Voice Technology can not only mobilize the enthusiasm of students to learn English, but also help to improve the classroom teaching effect, and the teacher and students have a indorsation. But there are some students said the use of Intelligent Voice Technology has a negative effect on their study. Then through the analysis of these students, the author found Intelligent Voice Technology has some shortcomings. Finally, the author summarizes the specific work and significance of the empirical research, and puts forward the prospect of the application of Intelligent Voice Technology in primary school's English teaching.
