With the rapid development of current world information technology and the promotion of new curriculum reform, it is necessary to develop the study of classroom teaching model under the information technology environment. One of the key problems is how to effectively integrate information technology into subject teaching,and integrating information technology into subject classroom teaching, in order to achieve the best teaching effect. By means of information technology, there is a promising application to improve the effect of primary school English learning through in develop primary school in most rural areas. According to the practical situation of the rural primary school, the study of integration between information technology and English subject teaching of rural primary school becomes a serious subject.Studies of integration of information technology and primary English classroom teaching are undertaken according to regarding information technology as systematic tool. It’s on basis of system theory, information theory and control theory. The gist of the studies is to change the traditional structure of teaching, that is, to change the structure of “teacher-centered” teaching replace with the new structure of exerting teacher’s dominant role and establishing students principal part. That is to say, it will need a higher demand about the teaching content, teacher and students’ role, and role of media, etc. Integration of information technology and primary English teaching is a complicated system. Specifically, five fundamental of primary English teaching includes: teacher, students, teaching content, teaching method and teaching environment. From another point of view, the essence of integration is the integration of information technology and these five fundamental.Integration of information technology and rural primary school English teaching is to link both judiciously to be integrated method, according to the practical situation of the primary school English teaching, in order to change the traditional teaching and learning mode. The new learning molds: “Inquiry Learning” and “Cooperativelearning” which to highlight the principal part of students worth researching and exploring mostly.Based on the above theoretical analysis, this article analyzes the reasons for the difficulties in learning English in the rural students in Gansu. And also expounds the practical significance of the improving of the standard of English teaching with the Integration of information technology and primary English teaching in the rural students in Gansu, so that the value of this research has nourished the soil of reality.Through the integration research in this study, we look forward to answer how to apply information technology into the process of primary school English teaching in our country, and thus help improve comprehensive English Skills in listening,speaking, reading and writing of the students.
