With the reform of college rear service socialization in our country, the logistics in Colleges and universities has changed deeply. Many enterprises have become independent legal persons or independent business entities. How to improve the level of human resource management, in order to meet the needs of the future development of our country's universities, as well as how to establish a efficient logistics enterprise performance evaluation system, which is the urgent need to solve the problem of logistics industry management in Colleges and universities.In this paper, the performance evaluation system of Central South University logistics group is an example, first of all, the basic theory of performance management, performance management, performance evaluation system for in-depth study, analysis of performance management and performance evaluation system. Secondly, it introduces the current situation of human resource management and performance evaluation system of logistics group of Central South University, and finds the problems of performance appraisal system:the evaluation system and the strategy, the goal setting, assessment process, the application of the assessment results are not reasonable. Then according to the above problems, the paper constructs the Balanced Scorecard index system of Central South University logistics group, including the two levels of KPI index system, group performance appraisal system, staff KPI index assessment system, and the evaluation system based on the feedback communication and results of performance evaluation. According to the above analysis results, the logistics group of Central South University proposed improvement measures.In order to solve the performance evaluation of the logistics group of Central South University, this paper puts forward the ideas and methods to be used for reference, and has very strong exploration and application. Some ideas and methods of this paper can be helpful to the construction of the performance evaluation system of the university logistics group.
