| For logistics in colleges and universities,performance appraisal is an important part of the logistic management system.It is of great significance to the deepening of logistics reform and also has an important impact on the implementation of the strategy.However,based on the service scope and work content of college logistics,the overall quality of its staff is uneven.How to carry out effective performance assessment on the complex workforce and the complex staff structure,fully mobilize the initiative,enthusiasm,and creativity of employees,combine the performance of departments and individuals,and comprehensively evaluate the overall goals.The problem of logistics human resources in colleges and universities.This article begins with a brief narrative on the background,purpose and meaning of the topic,research content and methods.Second,it elaborates the relevant literature on performance assessment,eliciting the theoretical basis for performance assessment,and the more common and assessment methods that will be used in the text,from colleges and universities.The current basic situation of logistics and the status quo of performance assessments faced,and eventually led to the case of this study-KD University Logistics Group.The group has a certain degree of performance appraisal ideas,but due to the lack of a scientific performance appraisal system,most of the performance appraisals are in formality and fail to play the real role of performance appraisal.It is hoped that through this study,a set of performance appraisal mechanisms suitable for the logistics group of the university will be formed,and a system supporting the performance appraisal mechanism will be established to ensure the smooth implementation of the appraisal mechanism.In view of this,this article uses a comprehensive literature research method,case study method,questionnaire survey method,personal interview method,etc.to conduct a comprehensive understanding of the human resources management and performance assessment of logistics in colleges and universities,and to understand the situation.Research and analysis,find out the existing problems,in-depth analysis of the reasons for its formation,identify targeted solutions,try to put forward reasonable suggestions for the college logistics performance appraisal mechanism,and based on the actual operation of the mechanism to scientifically optimize.At the beginning of writing,this article has communicated with the person in charge of the Human Resources Management Office in more depth and understood the problems that need to be solved in the human resources of KD University Logistics Group.During the entire process of designing the performance appraisal system,it maintained good communication with the human resources management office,relevant department heads,and human resources staff and received their strong support.Therefore,this design has a strong pertinence.Based on the particularity and uniqueness of the logistics environment in colleges and universities,this research has a certain positive effect on the establishment and improvement of the logistics human resources management mechanism in colleges and universities,the improvement of the weak links in logistics management in universities and the improvement of overall logistics management capabilities.It is hoped that through the study of this article,the industry will continue to establish and improve the performance appraisal mechanism,continue to improve,and lay a solid foundation for the overall development of colleges and universities. |
