At present, the loss of the W college has become a major bottleneck restricting the development of the college. Thus,the author have a study on finding out the reasons for departure, and on how to attract and retain good teachers, It is an urgent desire for managers of the college that a good environment for the development should be solved.This article expounded the theory of the human resources management combining the specific cultural background of the W College with foreign mature models. Collegethe data and analysis the situation of the loss in the w college in the past years, got conclusions of the main reason for the loss of teachers.The author put forward a reform direction,some control measures and management point of views which improve the corporate human resources development:implementation of career planning mechanism, hierarchical propose solutions to enhance the professional development of teachersmeasures; develop a reasonable remuneration system, improve the incentive mechanism; closely linked to the performance evaluation of performance and rewards system to improve the fairness of the allocation; well leave management and other appropriate measures.
