The Research Of Efficiency Performance Evaluation System In Universities Logistics Department

Colleges and universities are the "ivory towers" to cultivate talents and transport talents to the society. University logistics management plays an indispensable part in the normal operation of the "ivory tower". The level of university logistics management directly affects the overall strength of colleges and universities. With regard to the current research on the evaluation of university, most of them focus on the ranking of university comprehensive strength and few relate to the logistical efficiency in universities. Traditional university logistics management has been difficult to meet the developmental requirements of university logistics. How to establish an efficient logistics efficiency evaluation system to make the university logistics management standardized and scientific, is the problem needs to be solved in current university logistics management.Based on input-output theory and performance management theory, the research focuses on the input and output of basic life in universities. Nanjing University of Technology is taken as an example. The design of university logistics efficiency evaluation index system has been discussed through Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), document analysis, comparative analysis and chart analysis. This research is divided into two parts. The first part analyzes the current situation of Nanjing University of logistics management and clarifies the functions of its logistics management processes of each department. Their logistics management process of human, material and financial inputs is also analyzed. At the same time, the ranking systems of universities made by Wu Shulian, Netbig,Cuaa and ARWU are chosen and analyzed to clarify the logistical structure of input and output.In the second part, based on the structure of input-output, the current situation of the input-output of university logistical efficiency is analyzed. Besides, the input-output index system of university logistical efficiency is designed and compared with the index systems of Wu Shulian, Netbig, Cuaa and ARWU. The Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) are adopted to assign the indicators and the evaluation system of university logistical efficiency is finally designed. Through these explorations, the establishment of the evaluation system of university logistical efficiency will provide a useful reference for the logistics work in universities in order to promote university logistics management.At the end of the research, some suggestions are given to the university logistics management. On the one hand, the application filed of evaluation system of university logistical efficiency should be further expanded; on the other hand, the university logistical efficiency should be paid more attention to.
