To carry out strategies to enhance college development with talents,to increase the influence of the supporting and leading role of kinds of talents,and to create a group of teachers with ideals and beliefs,moral and sentimental,solid knowledge and warm heart,the development should satisfy the development regular of teachers themselves and create the political environment for the boom of talents.Besides,the management should be innovated,the personnel policy should be transformed,and the human resource should be rearranged and integrated to centralize the outstanding talents,so the enthusiasm and the creativity of levels and kinds of talents can be aroused and the personnel management policy for modern college organization situation can be built.At present,different colleges are quite different in the performance evaluation systems of teachers for their type,complexity and difference.As a result,it is an important issue for the development of school and teachers to complete the management policy system of colleges,to evaluate the performance of teachers with scientific,reasonable and fair methods.In this thesis,first,the research background,status at home and abroad,the research meaning and contents will be introduced,then the performance management procedure for college teachers will be analyzed,and the existing problems will be pointed out.Second,the theoretical analysis of college teacher performance management and the construction rules,design procedures,index determination and evaluation methods of college teacher performance evaluation system will be introduced.Third,based on the construction rules for college teacher performance evaluation system,the evaluation for us was built.Taking BWL university in Shaanxi Province as the example,the AHP(analytic hierarchy process)will be used to determine the weight coefficient on different levels to promote the reasonability,scientific,effectiveness and operability.The scheme will provide helpful experience for the development of the teacher performance evaluation.At last,the contents will be concluded and the solutions and future research focus on the existing problems will be put forward...
