Research On Service Performance Evaluation Of Colleges And Universities' Logistics

The logistics work is an indispensable part of colleges and universities.It is the guarantee and foundation of teaching and scientific research,and has important influence on the stability and development of colleges.With the socialization of logistics in colleges and universities,a scientific and reasonable evaluation of logistics service performance is related to the reform and development of higher education.It is urgent to select scientific evaluation system of logistics service in colleges and universities and determine the scientific evaluation method.Based on the analysis of the status of logistics evaluation in colleges and universities,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the evaluation of logistics performance in colleges and universities.In order to solve the problems,the theory of Balanced Score card is introduced,which is composed of four dimensions.The Balanced score card not only focus on the combination of long-term strategy and short-term goals,but also pay attention to the balance between internal and external indicators,which can be more comprehensive measure of university logistics management performance level.In this paper,AHP is used to determine the weight of performance evaluation index,and the expert experience is transformed into weight coefficient by using the Balanced Scorecard Theory(BSC),the evaluation opinion is weighted and the influence of the individual on the performance evaluation system is weakened.As the university logistics service is more focused on teachers and students,we put the customer dimension on top of the Balance Scorecard,rather than the financial dimension.It is the characteristics of our performance evaluation system.At last,we test the performance evaluation index system,adopt the double case comparison test method,select two schools and use the index system to evaluate the performance of both sides,compare whether the results can confirm each other,and demonstrating that the evaluation index system is effective.After implementing the advanced performance evaluation system,the university logistics group can not only overcome the problems existing in the performance evaluation of the logistics group in colleges and universities,but also have the important impetus to the management reform of the university logistics group.It can improve the strategic sense and mission of the logistics group,enhance the service ability of the logistics group of the university,and help the university logistics group to form the"learning organization" organization,improve the logistics group's work flow,reduce the running cost of the university logistics group,and change the culture of university logistics group.Our performance evaluation system is suitable for the current university logistics evaluation methods.
