Positive Youth Development Theory: How To Make Well-grown Migrant Children

With the increasing trend of urban migrants,migrant children become a more and more important group that cannot be ignored in the city.Migrant children are mostly grown or even born in the city as well as educated in the city.They have learned well of urban lifestyle and grown habits refer to the city.They show great recognition to the city and there is strong demand that the migrant children be get well into the city.Whether that the migrant children can grow up to useful talents of the city is well related to the sustainable development,social stability and harmony of the city.It also related to national prosperity and prosperity.As a result,it turns to be an important affair of today's society.Through interviews and case analysis of the text of the interview,we found that it came out the following conclusions: there are internal and external positive factors that can promote their development of migrant children.And through positive youth development theory,these two factors may be regarded as internal and external development resources.The article then puts forward policy recommendations for investment in these two resources,in order to promote the growth and success of migrant children and as well as make a contribution to social integration.
