From the painting aesthetic point of view, This study suggested that learning was an important part of arts education in the field of aesthetic and the design of the aesthetic course was an important factors to learning. Owing to the fact that pupils aesthetic can be improved by appropriate course content and teaching strategies, the development of primary school aesthetic curriculum does have its importance. Through to the related theory, this study designed a series of aesthetic courses in practical teaching by the way of case studies. Lot of data, collecting by participating observing learning and creating in the teaching process, was analyzed to understand pupils' learning situation and our teaching effectiveness. At the same time, course content was corrected gradually to develop primary aesthetic courses. Finally, institute findings were provided to design future primary school aesthetic curriculum.Based on my painting professional knowledge studying in HeFei industy university and the current states and development trend of fine arts course in primary school in China, which I learned from the education background during my practice in Hefei Lenong Xincun primary school, and according to the standard of fine arts course of the full time compulsory education, this study points out the main problems currently existed in fine arts teaching in primary school, and put forward a new teaching mode. From the perspective of aesthetic education and the example of A representative oil painting works, this study analyzed the development ideas of Culture grade and thought promotion? Artistic vision and professional development?the importance of artistic emotion and education both interesting and education. Students were guided "into the classroom" through the ways of the transformation of teacher's role, application of multimedia teaching and combine with other disciplines. Simultaneously, they were led "out of the room" through combination teaching with curriculum resources and Art Gallery (Museum) education. At last, through comprehensive exposition teaching mode combining "into the classroom" and "out of the classroom", a new teaching model obtained by this study enhanced the ability of the pupil's art cognition and perception, cultivated pupil's innovative spirit and was conducive to pupil personality development.
