21 st century,a new wave of reform occurs.in our country's basic education.To carry out The CPC Central Committee and the State Council on deepening educational reform andeomtprehensively promote quality education decision and Circular of the State Council Concerning the reform and development of basic education decision,The Ministry of Education decided to promote the curriculum reform about basic education vigorously,and adjust basic education curriculum system,structure,content,and construct the new basic education curiculum system of having quality education lavel.It is a refoirm to deepen quality education,to realize the basic education's historic change from subject standard,knowledge standard to pay attention to every student develops,which will effect the development of our country's education profoundly.However,at the same time,China's music education still exist many problems,that not adapt to the development of our society.It is still an existing phenomenon,which Ignore,neglect the music education,be lack of music education equipment and funds in many school,not emphasis and lack of scientific awareness on music education.And we have many blind factors in the new curriculum also.These questions should aouse our attention and concern.,which have slowed development of China's music education in middle schoolIn the nevw curriulum background,based on the new cuniculum's new concepts and new ideas,to research the music education's present situation,this paper research China's present situation about the mlusic education in middle schools,for example:not impotant to the leadeship,weak teacher team,single teaching mode,shortage in educational resources and so on.Through investigation,research,analysis,it find out that the phenomenon caused by many reasons,including social reasons,schoolreason,students' own reasons.To these questions,it propose some corresponding countermeasure,for example:changing the thought,creaing a good cultural atmosphere in Education,reforming the teaching content and teaching mode,Strernghthening the constiruction of teacher tearm,Strengthening the teaching equipment and so on.Though the research of music education envionment and education mode,and the America's Middle,School Music Education,it summarizes the advantage and analyzes the enlightenmen to China of America's Middle School Music Education,which make us learn.Through a deeper understanding to the new curriculum,it find out the prospect of Music Education and propose suggestion to the administrative departments,school leaders,teachers and students.The paper uses Investigation,document data,analysis,synthesis,research and analysis the present of music education in the side of teacher team,teaching equipment,teaching method.It will have practical significance and guiding significance to provide some reference resources to our country's edecation and drive music education's steady dvelolpment.
