Investigation And Research Of Student Communites' Development In Central South University Of Forestry And Technology

For a long time, college students as the important organization for students' self management, self education, self service ", through independent to carry out a series of integrating ideological, academic, cultural and interesting activities, providing the stage for the majority of young students to exploit their talent, in their spare time, and playing an important role in pushing the construction of campus culture, promoting students'overall development and improving students'quality-oriented education,etc. At the same time, it becomes the essential " second classroom " for the students' learning career. Central South University of Forestry and Technology as a old-brand university with 58 years' history, in recent years, with the continuously improving in education scale and level, its all kinds of students societies also have continually sprung up, and in the aspect of the research on the management of college students' societies, CSUFT also appears extremely urgent.It not only concerns the healthy growth and all-round development of college students' group, and also concerns the implementation of SCUFT moral education work, as well as concerns the quality of talent cultivation.This article,on the basis of domestic and foreign related development research, used Field Survey Research and Case Analysis Method and based on questionnaire survey and interview, from the community participation situation, community management situation, community activity influence and role, and other surface to analysis student societies of CSUFT management present situation and existing problems.The current university student organizations mainly show four types, and commonly exist imperfect management system, activities lack of connotation, low level, lack material conditions of community development, lack of subject position of the communities' students.This article has investigated in the campus of CSUFT about the situation of college societies' activities, the development of community members and management situation, the student community management system construction, etc., through questionnaire survey. On the basis of investigation and study analysis, points out the students of CSUFT at present existing problems in the student community management and the reasons, and puts forward guiding ideology and guiding ideology of perfecting community management from the school management level, and the most important two things about it, namely:building a new management mode and security system.
