Justice is one of the standards to evaluate if a country or social civilization is devel oped.Social justice is always manifesting the basic idea and behavior criterion of huma n society.Justice is always pursued by the Chinese Communists and which is the actual r equirement and major task of developing and perfecting socialism with Chinese charact eristics. A report about cultivation of socialist core values to the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) states clearly the words "Justice" and regards it as the subject term of socialist core values, which further indicates the justice view is the basic concept of socialist core values; which is the key requirement to leading and inspiring the masses to practice socialist core values; which is of great social value in the all-round construction of well-off societies.At present, our country is at the accelerating period of economic transition and social change, therefore, our thoughts are increasingly pluralistic, diverse and changeable. Especially with the deepening of the reforms in recent years, a huge gap between rich and poor appears in China. Which leads to psychological imbalances of some people and difficulties from employment and life. In addition, some departments and law-executors are selfish and injustice during the process of administration and law enforcement. All those behaviors bring about interpersonal tension and sharpen social conflicts and increase factors conducive to stability and harmony. Which has an unprecedented influence and impact on our value. The college students are undergoing the stress from the increasing social realities, so they sometimes will have the feeling of confusion, unfairness and deprivation.besides, there will be some problems like some value orientation deviations, moral decline etc. College students are reliable successors to the cause of socialism. Their concept of justice directly affect the future development of direction of social justice in our country, to a large extent, which determines the level of the progress of society and justice in China. Therefore, the form of college students' view of justice is the urgent requirement of the current era of development.This thesis summarizes the theory of justice of outstanding thinkers in the history and analyzes some phenomenons of college students like the vague concept of justice in face of the reality, no strong sense of justice, lack of justice behaviors etc. Based on present situation of learning and in life of our contemporary college students. The thesis analyzes and summarizes the causing factors of those problems and actively explores the way to promote college students' correct justice view formed and construct the education network of government, society, school, family and college students. Which helps the college students to withstand all kinds of tests in the complicated and ever-changing real situation and consciously promote their ideological and moral development. Therefore, they make contributions to the socialist construction and explore new paths for ideological and political education in new situations.
