The university community as a student-centered, with students from the organization and management on the basis of organizational form, for the cultivation of students' practical ability has a positive effect. In the context of the vigorous development of all kinds of leagues, sports club is undoubtedly the most distinctive in the university community, the most vibrant campus community groups, at present, college sports club not only provides students with an environment of exercise, but also for the communication between students and communication, exercise ability provides a good platform.Taekwondo is a sports originated in the Korean peninsula, is also the current relatively popular in the world of fighting techniques. Tae kwon do movement and the traditional martial arts movements have many similar places in our country, they not only has the function of physical fitness, and pay attention to the teacher and the inheritance of traditional etiquette. Since the tae kwon do movement since the 1990 s was introduced into China, because of the black and white clothing design, gentle etiquette norms and got the love of the students in our country, the many colleges and universities have established the tae kwon do club in our country, its for taekwondo sports popularization and development of colleges and universities in our country has played a positive role in promoting, but in the rapid development of taekwondo leagues also gradually began to reveal some problems at the same time,This paper by the methods of literature, expert interview method, questionnaire survey and other research methods, in the current our country about college sports associations, tae kwon do movement on the basis of summarizing the current situation of the development of colleges and universities, with hunan university, hunan normal university, central south university, changsha university of science and technology, hunan agricultural university, hunan university of Chinese medicine, central south forestry university of science and technology such as 12 colleges and universities as the research object, community management of 12 universities teachers, tae kwon do club presidents, tae kwon do club members carried out investigation and study, in order to understand the current development situation of tae kwon do club in hunan province colleges and universities.The results show that:1. Tae kwon do club in hunan province colleges and universities to create the main purpose is to promote the development of taekwondo in university and for the majority of taekwondo lovers to provide a mutual exchange, mutual play platform;2. The size of the tae kwon do club in universities of hunan province levels not neat, in nearly three years in university tae kwon do club number change statistics found that more than 80% of the tae kwon do club in nearly three years showed a trend of rising;3. The members of the tae kwon do club members belonging is low, in terms of community personnel structure, no shadow by liberal arts and gender, etc, and in terms of the distribution of taekwondo club members, community members are mainly concentrated in grade one and grade two;4. Tae kwon do club in hunan province colleges and universities form a program is relatively single, internal rules system construction is not perfect, the main exist in college students in management organization federation(sass) is responsible for specific management, school sports institute(department, department) management, together with the college youth corps committee, directly responsible for the management of the student union three modes;5. Colleges and universities in hunan province tae kwon do club funding way is mainly rely on membership dues; Mainly distributed in extracurricular activities time, weekend, community publicity day, each time of activities are mainly concentrated in between 1 to 2 hours.6. Before the tae kwon do club in hunan province colleges and universities in developing the lack of tae kwon do club create ideas, tae kwon do club management mode is not sound, tae kwon do club members belonging is not strong, tae kwon do club activities funds inadequacy, tae kwon do club daily activity space equipment can not get effective guarantee, tae kwon do teachers equipped with insufficient, treatment can't effectively implement, college community in developing policies enjoyed by the imbalance problems.Aiming at these problems, the researchers from pay attention to the construction of the tae kwon do campus cultural atmosphere, establish a committee to assist with the school sports management mechanism, the rich content of tae kwon do club activities, enhance member belonging and expanding sources of funding channels, tae kwon do club development tae kwon do club teachers responsibility system, improving the status of tae kwon do club at school several aspects put forward the Suggestions to promote the development of hunan university tae kwon do club, in order to promote the construction and development of the society in hunan province colleges and universities.
