Research On The Current Situation And Development Strategy Of Parkour Sports In Hunan Province

Parkour is a sports field with the natural environment around mankind.At the same time,it moves in pursuit of "high,difficult,dangerous",fashion stimulates and can lighten people's growing life and social pressure,and is deeply loved by the young people.As the largest group of young people,college students are mature and receptive and willing to accept new things,especially the high degree of aspiration and acceptability of fashion sports.The feasibility and necessity of Parkour movement have been praised by many scholars,but the development reality is not commensurate with the expected prospect.Based on the Hunan province ordinary university at the present situation of Parkour sports as the research object,with part of Hunan province Parkour expert,expert,college teachers and college students as the research object,through the literature material law,investigation method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods,the Hunan province ordinary university Parkour development present situation investigation and analysis,aims to make the comprehensive Parkour in colleges and universities to get real implementation.At the same time,it also provides a theoretical basis for the opening of Parkour courses in Hunan province.The results are as follows:1.The current situation of Parkour sports in Hunan province(1)The proportion of participants in the study is unbalanced,the age structure tends to be young,and the number of people who can keep practicing is tending to a decreasing trend.(2)There is a certain blindness in the content selection of the participants,and there is some unscientific nature in practice methods and methods.(3)The form of school Parkour is mainly based on autonomous practice and lack of diversity.(4)The participants' participation motivation is mainly self-expression,and it is not completely following the basic rules of the running of skills on the basis of physical exercise.(5)The learning approach of participants is mainly through the network video data to imitate practice,without systematic scientific practice and lack of sustainability.(6)The practice area is mainly concentrated in the outdoor area,lack of professional protection equipment and auxiliary training equipment,there are certain dangers.(7)Lack of safety knowledge of Parkour participants,self-protection and mutual protection are relatively weak.2.Factors influencing the Parkour movement of ordinary universities in Hunan province(1)Student factors: sports injury,form,activity provision,venuefacilities,action content and practice methods are the main factors influencing students' participation.(2)Teacher factors: teachers' awareness of Parkour sports and attitude towards campus Parkour are the main factors.(3)School factors: no standard,lack of standard venues,lack of planning,lack of scientific and reasonable College of Parkour game teaching materials;facilities are not perfect,can not ensure the safety of the system and practice;organization establishment,Parkour ultural activities provided,Parkour related knowledge publicity.(4)The factors of Parkour Sports Development: Parkour safety awareness,Parkour sports content selection,practice methods and means.(5)Social factors: the investment of the economy determines the hardware of the facilities,training equipment,training equipment and so on.Incorrect social media reports will mislead participants in the correct understanding of the law of Parkour.3.According to the results of the above research,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put content of Parkour movement and make a scientific teaching plan 6 Strengthen the education and safety awareness training of safety knowledge and formulate safety prevention programs in teaching and training(2)Conclusion: 1 Is located in the economically developed universities can increase the venue construction investment,construction of Parkour as the main body of the Parkour Cultural Square,the establishment of Parkour posters,organized knowledge contests and skill contest and other activities,increase Parkour propaganda,let the school teachers and students more in-depth understanding of parkour,guide them to the correct participate. 2 Set up a Parkour club by reference to the management model of the social Parkour team and the model of other sports clubs in the school. 3 Focus on the training of relevant teachers and students to understand the theory of Parkour movement and the rules of movement to ensure the continuous development of Parkour. 4 The development of physical education teachers in Colleges and universities in Hunan province(such as gymnastics teachers,martial arts teacher,athletics teacher and so on)professional quality,improve their professional ability;or the teacher sent out the study and practical training of teachers,to lay the foundation for school Parkour course. 5 Learn from the practice methods and means of social Parkour team,according to their actual situation,choose suitable action content suitable for their physical quality and ability,and pay attention to physical fitness exercises.At the same time,the educational departments of the school can organize the discussion and study of the relevant teachers and make a scientific teaching plan. 6 Increase school leaders' attention to Parkour sports and strengthen medical supervision;meanwhile,we should enhance students' awareness of safety and enhance their awareness of mutual help and self-protection.
