Every country around the world is best to deal with opportunities and challenges, including politics, economy, technology, culture and ecological environment. There is no doubt that the science and technology engineering talents will become the role of the times. However, the number of engineering talent has drastically reduced, and the quality of engineering education has declined rapidly. The most direct purpose of engineering education is to cultivate high quality engineering talents with innovative ability in the engineering industries and fields.The fine chemical industry as a new main force has become new value-added points in the chemical industry. How to make the fine chemical industry develop rapidly? The fine chemical engineering talent is the key factor, it is of great significance to research the training system and curriculum system of the fine chemical in university. The fine chemical industry professional experiment course which is the core of the professional curriculum system, affects the quality of the elaboration engineering talent education. Under the background of the new journey of engineering certification and engineering education reform, how to reform the fine chemical experiment teaching becomes the urgent task for the professional education.The thesis uses the survey and interview methods, selects Dalian university of technology, Tianjin university, East China university of science and technology, South China university of technology, Wuhan university of science and technology which have passed through the engineering certification. Meanwhile, the thesis invests the Jiangnan university, Northwest university for nationalities, Shenyang university of technology which have not passed through the engineering certification. The paper analyzes the teaching situation of fine chemical industry professional experiment about the two kinds of universities concrete. And the thesis analyzes the causes of the problems and find out the current experiment teaching status and the gap between engineering certification standards:the insufficient of the initiative among students, they are in a passive state; the lack of professional characteristics in the experimental training; and the imbalance of experimental teaching knowledge and engineering capabilities in proportion; the absence of quantitative evaluation system and continuous improvement system. Based on engineering certification standards, this thesis discusses the chemical specialty experiment reform goal:to develop distinctive teaching goals, to improve and implement the classroom teaching, to change the attention from imparting knowledge to cultivate the ability and to make the diversification of quantitative evaluation mechanism. Taking the student as the center, paying attention to learning outcomes, making varied assessment system and the continuous improvement of the quality of engineering education can be regard as the principles of fine chemical specialty experiment reform. Finally, under the background of certification of the project and engineering education reform, this thesis takes the fine chemical industry in northwest university for nationalities institute of chemical technology experiment course as the foothold. In order to explore the new teaching mode, the paper discusses the northwest university for nationalities chemical specialty orientation and design, the contents of the experimental course, experimental teaching method reform, the establishment of the experimental teaching evaluation system and the continuous improvement of experimental teaching effect and so on.
