The fundamental goal of education is to cultivate the students to be free and independent person, realize the development of students. In the class of the school organizations at the grass-roots level, is the important education life space, on the way to realize the goal of education has an irreplaceable role. Do you satisfied with the present situation of the students in the class management? What are contrary to the development of the students in class management problem? How to create good class of students realize their allround development environment? The author from the perspective of children's development to the current class management problem is studied.This paper put forward the research perspective of children's development, this paper expounds the basic connotation, nature and characteristics of children's right to development as well as the six major content, interpret the relationship between child development and child development.Secondly, the thesis mainly adopts questionnaire investigation, case analysis and other methods for the current class management present situation launches the research, in a middle school in kaifeng related survey data, for example, the junior middle school students in class management degree of satisfaction investigation, found that the current primary and secondary school class management of neglect, the problem of abusing children development, and through the typical case of the current class management four aspects of abusing children development problems and causes are analyzed.Finally, in order to ensure children in the class and grade of development rights are infringed by the phenomenon, the author from improving classroom management aspects, from class organization system construction, construction management, class activities, class culture management and so on four aspects put forward concrete suggestions. First, class organization construction, we should clear class target, strengthen the building of cadre; Secondly, class activities management should be constantly updated the content of the class activities, adjust the form of class activities; Moreover, class system construction aspect, should make the class rules and regulations when democratic participation, and the class system gradually by external strengthening sublimation for internal consciousness; Finally, class culture management, should strengthen the class relationships between teachers and students, students of harmonious degree, creating classes for children development environment, to determine the class right public opinion direction. For the students in the class and grade healthy and comprehensive development to provide the appropriate environment.
