L Bodies Of Children Involved In The Study Of Vocal Group Practice

Children's status and rights have been improved with the development of material and civilization.However,nowadays there are still limits with economy, politics, culture and social development,Chinese children's basic rights still suffer different challenges.As the result of actual conditions,floating children get their basic rights hardly,especially their participation rights. On the one hand,traditional views on children can't be replaced directly by modern views,under the influence of Chinese patriarchal tradition.On the other hand,the floating children have their own special background of life.Social work has influenced and changed the floating children and their life more or less.This study is based on the historical retrospect of the view on children and children's rights,take voice groups as the research object which the floating children participate in organization "L".The author participates in the group observing and recording,then discusses the present situation of children's participation with problems appear in the group,and further discusses the practice of protection to children's participation rights. Finally we get thinking about children's rights with society,children and social workers.The view on children is constructed in certain society,culture and history.To protect children's rights,we have to respect those factors' influence just like the space-time, history and culture.Especially the research on Chinese historical culture and present situation.And then choose appropriate ways to realize protection of children's rights,combine with the specific children and condition.In the end of this study,author gives some specific suggestions of children's participation.
