The right of children’s participation is a fundamental right to ensure that children’s rights can be truly realized.This study explores the current situation of the right to participate in the art activities of large class children from two aspects of policy awareness and practical activities.The paper mainly includes the following parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly explains the reason,significance,concept,literature review and theoretical basis of this research,so as to clarify the research direction and content.The second part is research design and implementation.This paper points out the research content,research method and research process,and explains the research data source and main process.The third part is to understand the ideal children’s participation from the right of participation.First of all,the author interprets the right of participation in policy,and thinks that the right of children’s participation should include the following three contents:all children with independent ability have the right to express their opinions;children have the right to express their opinions on all matters affecting them;children’s opinions should be treated appropriately according to their age and maturity.On the basis of this analysis,the ideal children’s participation should respect human rights and equality,and advocate freedom and personality.The fourth part from the art activities to understand the operation of children’s participation.First of all,with the help of children’s participation ladder theory to understand the degree of participation,the research results show that: there are large differences and obvious changes in collective activities;regional activities are relatively concentrated and the level is high.The results show that children’s overall participation level focuses on "symbolic participation" and "participation to a certain extent",less "no substantive participation" and less "real participation".On the basis of macro understanding,starting from children’s individual,taking the simplest brain model as the main line,and based on the theory of interpretative reconstruction,this paper studies the process of participation.It is found that the participation environment is complex and random,the internal and external linkage of the participation mechanism,and the participation results are various.Thirdly,according to the above analysis,the main problems of participation at present are: the deviation of participation purpose,the decline of participation subject status,the static solidification of participation environment,and the difference of participation process.The fifth part puts forward suggestions from the aspects of consciousness and practice.In the field of consciousness,we should respect and understand children,which will directly promote our values,and then affect practice.In practice,we need to work together.
