With the development of economy, the country's increasing fiscal of education expenditure, and the popularity of Internet+, the whole market scale is more and more big, the education informationization of market competition is escalating. Education informationization, therefore, how to establish and improve market competitive advantage, is an urgent need to study the subject, this paper takes Jin Zhi education study mobile campus products as an example.Based on market competitiveness analysis, product differentiation, and internal resource management knowledge, using the methods of PEST, five models of education informatization software product competitive advantage condition for research, combining the feature of China's education software industry, from the current product competitive advantage and competitive strategy theory, analyze the product competitive advantage, and sums up the factors that influence the product competitive advantage to Jin Zhi education mobile campus as an example it is concluded that to improve their place such as product price is too high, the brand strategy is not obvious, the marketing system is not perfect, should be further improve the service level, etc., these problems will directly lead to product sales and profit, will affect the competitive advantage of the products, to lose the market.Aiming at the existing problem of education informatization product competitiveness, this paper puts forward Suggestions from the following several aspects, namely, from product core technology, the market system, improve a customer value, brand effect, etc. All competitive advantage is a dynamic process, the product must be market competitive advantage by building a series of short-term competitive advantage, to maintain long-term competitive advantage.
