Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Entrepreneurial Values In The New Era

Since socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,historic changes have taken place and historic achievements have been made in the cause of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and our country.With the clarion call of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has become an important measure for the country to implement the innovation-driven development strategy and promote higher quality entrepreneurship and employment of college students.The19 th CPC National Congress took accelerating the building of an innovation-oriented country as a strategic measure for the overall modernization drive.The 20 th National Congress of CPC outlined a blueprint for China-style modernization,taking innovation as the primary driving force for development and to realize the grand blueprint.College students are one of the groups with the greatest potential for innovation and entrepreneurship,and they are the new force for mass entrepreneurship and innovation.As a necessary link and core content of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial values is an endogenous force to accelerate the construction of an innovative country and promote high-quality development.To enhance the entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in the new era,it is urgent to accurately grasp the spiritual connotation and main characteristics of the entrepreneurial values of college students from the standpoint of Marxism.Through systematic and in-depth theoretical interpretation and practical analysis,ideological and political education in colleges and universities can be actively integrated into the entrepreneurship education,which can provide a solid foundation for cultivating and shaping the entrepreneurial values of college students in the new era scientifically and effectively.It can also help build a system of cultivating college students’ entrepreneurial values with Chinese characteristics and in line with the needs of the new era.First,this dissertation deeply explores the cultivation system of college students’ entrepreneurial values in the new era with a research logic from concept definition and theory exploration,to evolutionary context and realistic situation,and finally experience reference and practice path.It analyses the characteristics of the new era and the research results on values,entrepreneurial values and entrepreneurial education at home and abroad.It also clarified the general concepts of value and views on values,entrepreneurship and enterprising spirits.The dissertation focuses on how entrepreneurial values in the new era enlighten,guide,and discipline entrepreneurs to raise entrepreneurship awareness.The dissertation expounds how it reflects entrepreneurs’ new understanding and judgment about business value by examining how entrepreneurial values influence their attitudes and behaviors,norm their ethics as well as guide and regulate their lifestyle and behavior patterns.Secondly,this dissertation systematically combs Marxist historical materialism,Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,and new progress of humanities and social sciences.It emphasizes the theoretical basis of college students’ entrepreneurial values in the new era and its guidance for the cultivation of entrepreneurial values.It discusses in detail the internal mechanism and function logic of the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial values in the new era from four aspects which are knowledge renewal drive,passion for innovation,self-motivation and life faith.Thirdly,combined with the evolution of China’s socialist core values and entrepreneurial values,this dissertation researches the historical development of the cultivation of entrepreneurial values of Chinese college students.It analyzes the macro-significance of cultivating the entrepreneurial values of college students in the new era from needs of development,foundation of education,policy of reality and necessity of growth.In terms of entrepreneurial consciousness,quality and will,it analyzes the micro-value of cultivating entrepreneurial values of college students in the new era.It explores the historical context and trends of cultivating entrepreneurial values of Chinese college students in the new era.Fourth,it studies the status quo of college students’ entrepreneurial values with multiple dimensions,such as the subject,congnition and environment of entrepreneurship.It summarizes the practical difficulties in cultivating college students’ entrepreneurial values in China from curriculum,practice,faculty and atmosphere for entrepreneurship.Fifth,based on the advantages and characteristics of the cultivation of entrepreneurial values in foreign universities,the dissertation draws on experience in foreign universities in western developed countries represented by the United States and the United Kingdom,and culturally related countries represented by Japan and South Korea.From government input,discipline construction,teaching staff,content system,cultural atmosphere,it provides reference for the scientific construction of the cultivation system of entrepreneurial values of Chinese college students in the new era.Finally,the dissertation constructs a four-in-one system of cultivating entrepreneurial values of college students in the new era which includes state,university,family,and individual.It emphasizes the matching of policy incentives and entrepreneurial activities,the combination of in-school learning and out-of-school practice.It explores the realization path of cultivating entrepreneurial values of college students by underling the combination of family support and school education,the integration of individual quality ability and comprehensive quality of college students.By adhering to Marxist materialist dialectics,this dissertation overall reflects and expounds the nature of the cultivation of entrepreneurial values of college students in the new era.It adopts various methods and orderly carries out research on the connotation,theoretical basis,mechanism,evolution,international experience,and realization path of the cultivation of entrepreneurial values of college students in the new era.These methods include literature research,investigation and analysis,and comparative research.It systematically analyzes and elaborates the cultivation path of entrepreneurial values of college students in the new era.It is expected to provide directions and choices for us to implement the philosophy of high-quality development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and strengthen the cultivation of entrepreneurial values of Chinese college students in the new era.
