| With the further development of higher education reform,university enrollment makes our continuous rise in the number of college graduates each year sharply.Official statistics show that in 2015 the total number of college graduates in China will reach 75 million,the data shows,college university graduates facing a historic new challenges.At the same time,economic growth in China is in transition,facing tremendous pressure to change.Entrepreneurship as a way to realize their own value,is undoubtedly an effective way to solve the difficult problem of employment of university students,the contribution to economic growth can not be ignored.This article selected university students as research subjects research to influence factors and business students the theoretical model as a starting point be the intention of the literature review and build research model in this paper to explore the main factors affecting entrepreneurial intention Students.On the basis of the literature review,the paper mainly from a human trait,entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial environment point of view put forward the hypothesis of this paper,and use SPSS 21.0 analysis software for data analysis.The results showed that:(1)Two dimensions of entrepreneurship are positive effect on entrepreneurial intention;(2)GEM model,in addition to the business environment,physical infrastructure,open markets,but were positive effect on entrepreneurial intention,the introduction of entrepreneurship after two dimensions capabilities,financial support,regression coefficient government policies,cultural norms,government programs is not significant.(3)The individual characteristics of the three dimensions are on entrepreneurial intention significant autonomy through entrepreneurship indirect impact on entrepreneurial intention,the introduction of entrepreneurship in two dimensions,the need for achievement on entrepreneurial intention is not significant autonomy for entrepreneurial intention there is some influence. |
