Taking nanjing as an example,this article has analysised the gap existing through to contrasting the management present situation of martial arts building and taekwondo hall,exploring the advantages and disadvantages in the operation and development of Wushu,learning success of taekwondo hall business,and then going to formulate management countermeasures.Eventually it expects the current martial arts business situation to improve,providing a new idea for promoting the industrialization of martial arts and the development of national traditional sports.The study has contrasted the management present situation of martial arts building and taekwondo hall by questionnaire surveys, literature review, expert interviews, logical analysis, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and so on;It has analysised the differences and their respective advantages and disadvantages between the two for exploring the management strategies of martial arts under market economy conditions.And researchresults are as follows:(1)There are obvious differences on business number of Wushu and taekwondo gymnasium in nanjing.(2)The taekwondo gymnasium's smanagement system of the organization in is much better than Wushu gymnasium's.(3)The taekwondo gymnasium has a clear system of grading exams,however,most of the students do not know martial arts grading examination system. (4)The venues, facilities and other hardware in Taekwondo Hall are significantly better than the Martial Arts Museum.The paper proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions by studying.(1)The managers of Wushu gymnasium should learn theory knowledge of sports management, so as to improve their own business organization.(2)Wushu gymnasium should strengthen the rank in the propaganda, unified examination content,strengthen students understanding of the distinction test section. (3)Improve the internal conditions of Wushu gymnasium,perfect the auxiliary facilities,create martial arts culture atmosphere.(4)Strengthen the publicity of the Internet, and improve image. (5) The operator should actively grasp the opportunity to learn all kinds of communication, constantly improve the comprehensive ability.
