Teachers’ Management Research In Vocational Colleges Based On The Theory Of The Psychological Contract

Psychological contract as a research field of management related to organizational behavior and human resource management. At present, the psychological contract research has more and more get the attention of the manager. In our country, the study of psychological contract is still in its stage of development, most of the research is still gathered in the enterprise staff management, involving the teachers management especially in higher vocational colleges management is not much. On the basis of the review of the literature, this study by making a psychological contract questionnaire, verify the three-dimensional structure of higher vocational college teachers’ psychological contract idea, namely type specification, interpersonal, developing three dimensions, and combining the depth interview data and the analysis of the empirical reasoning psychological contract status quo and existing problems in the organization in higher vocational colleges. Finally, by further explore the characteristics of higher vocational college teachers’ psychological contract and law, management of vocational college teachers strong Suggestions are put forward..Research mainly get the following conclusion:1. The higher vocational college teachers’ psychological contract is a three-dimensional structure, namely type specification responsibility, interpersonal and development-oriented.2. By differences in the study found that, in higher vocational colleges teachers are different in different demographic characteristics. Different level of education, age, teaching experience of teachers will respectively in the individual dimensions of psychological contract, there are differences.3. Higher vocational colleges psychological contract between the teachers and the school fit is not high.
