With the promulgation and implementation of the labor contract law organizations increasing awareness of labor relations, labor relations research is no longer a new topic, in all walks of life, the research of various scholars factions are, but in fact the study of private colleges labor relationship is relatively small. Private colleges as an important part of education development in our country, are faced with more and more to many problems of the internal labor relations. Improve the teachers’ satisfaction and reduce teachers’ psychological gap, to improve labor relations of private colleges teachers, is to promote the development of private colleges harmonious, stable and upward. Study of teachers’ psychological expectations, analysis of teachers’ psychological contract and labor contract and the psychological contract with private colleges teachers combining research is an emerging subject. Based on this, put forward based on the theory of psychological contract management of private colleges and universities teachers’ labor relations research subject, based on the labor relations management and the concept of the psychological contract theory, this paper demonstrates the relationship between psychological contract and labor relations management, put forward by using the theory of psychological contract is an effective way to improve labor relations of private colleges teachers management.This article through to the labor relationship management related theory and the theory of psychological contract concept is different, this paper put forward mutual coupling relationship between psychological contract and labor relations management, to explore the psychological contract theory to our country run by the local college teachers influence factors of labor relations, summarizes the psychological contract of the construction of harmonious labor relations. Combined with the labor relations of private college teachers management system at home and abroad research, through different countries and regions psychological contract effective labor relations management experience to explore research promote effectively the effect of psychological contract, analyzed the present situation of our private colleges teachers labor relations management, found that private colleges teachers labor relationship management problems existing in the current stage, and in Qingdao private colleges teachers labor relations management, for example, deeply analyze the Qingdao private colleges teachers labor relations management present situation and existing problems, and put forward corresponding countermeasures, for Qingdao to private colleges teachers of harmonious labor relations to build provide a good reference, as well as in other parts of the private college teachers to provide the theory and practice of the harmonious labor relations.
