Part-time teachers adapt to the development of higher vocational education, the fullrealization of the training objectives of higher vocational education to meet the needs ofhigher vocational education teaching, vocational colleges according to the actual situationfrom all sectors of society (mainly enterprises) employed with both wealth of practicalexperience, the experience and expertise, but also has the expertise of the higher level oftheory, expertise and teaching ability. Have an important role in strengthening themanagement of vocational colleges part-time teachers for the current to improve thequality of higher vocational education, the achievement of national education developmentprogram.Article as a starting point for part-time teachers in the management of the currentsituation and existing problems, and analysis to find the cause of the problem, explore theimportant role of building a psychological contract, and proposed strategies for building apsychological contract.Studies have shown that the current management of vocational colleges part-timeteachers is reflected in the school recruitment process is imperfect, resulting in good andbad teachers; weak teachers organizations centripetal force, lack of self-identity; schoolteachers controllable force, behavioral constraints force is difficult; schools lack teachersof long-term planning and humane care; part-time teachers management system isseriously lagging behind other aspects. The reason is nothing more than national, industryassociations, schools and teachers. Therefore, the construction of the psychological contract between vocational colleges and part-time teachers to become the key to solve theproblem: a breach by strictly part-time teacher recruitment program, to create a goodpsychological contract; to enhance effective communication, to prevent the psychologicalcontract; perfect design part-time teachers’ career planning to create a valuable "vision"; toestablish a scientific performance management system to enhance the level ofpsychological contract; create the cultural atmosphere of the campus organization is full oftrust and intimacy.
