The Analysis Of The Outstanding Achievement Award (Humanities And Social Sciences) Based On The Scientific Research Of Higher Education

National Award for outstanding achievements in Humanities and Social Sciences in colleges is the highest achievement award for the national humanities and social sciences in colleges, which was established by the Ministry of education. Since its establishment in 1994, it objectively reflects the status characteristics and trend of the research in Human ities and social science in China in the past 40 years, showing the level of humanities and social science research strengths in colleges and to a large extent, promote the progress of humanities and social sciences research in China. This paper mainly analysis National University Humanities Social Sciences excellent results which amounted to seven session awards from 1995 to 2015, using literature analysis method, and system analysis method, content analysis method and quantitative research method. It researches on award numbers, award grade, subject distribution, proportion, university award ranking, province distribution, result form, author situation, academic journals and press situations, which also based on own major. It also analyze the national award for outstanding achievemen ts in the humanities and social sciences library information and documentation, using data analysis software to count up related data and analyse the development of awards, mastering the development of university libraries, information and documentation, as well as the development of humanities and social sciences in colleges in China, exploring research an d development trend in the future.The author use Excel, My SQL, Bcompare software to analyze results of past national award for outstanding achievements in humanities and social sciences, responsible unit, responsible provinces, award-winning level, subject and periodical. Through comparative study, we found that in Beijing, Shanghai and Hubei Province winning the largest number of winning results, forming the largest proportion of works. Economics, literature, management, philosophy, and pedagogy win the most times. The level of humanities and social science research in Peking University, Renmin University of China, Wuhan University, Beijing Normal University and Fudan University is more prominent, compared with other schools.“China Social Sciences”win the largest number in flagship publication in the field of social science in China. Through longitudinal study, we found that the National Humanities Award for outstanding achievements in colleges showing a rising trend in the number and subjects. Management, arts, education and law has obvious development. Winning achievements in foreign journals gradually increased, academic exchanges and international level continues to increase.
