The education method originally used in the library and information science education generated by the librarian training program is the community-based participatory research(CPBR).Library and information science education is completed by simulating research scenarios and service scenarios.After the Second World War the library and information science education take the professional certification system and vocational education for librarians as the main content of library and information science education.With the transformation of the information society to the knowledge society,the improvement of user information quality and the deep integration of information technology and other disciplines in library and information education,make library and information science education develop in a diversified,multi-level and interdisciplinary direction.At the same time,it also brings some new challenges to the subject education of library and information,it makes the library and information science education face enormous challenges in terms of enrollment scale,curriculum,teacher construction and employment forms of graduates.The United States is the country with the richest experience in library and information science education in the world,studying the excellent education and teaching methods of the library and information science in the united states will be an important reference for my library and information science education.This article looks at the height of education,combined the current development trend of China's library and information science education and the new requirements and new demands put forward by library and information professionals in the information society,Using literature analysis,content analysis,social network analysis,and text mining,approved by the American Library Association,This paper makes a detailed analysis of the introduction of basic colleges,Department settings,teaching levels,personnel training mode,training objectives,curriculum settings and teachers of American colleges and universities,which have been recognized by the American Library Association and ranked among the top 20 in Library and information science education in the United States.Finally,it provides practical suggestions and enlightenment for the healthy and sustainable development of library and information science education in China.
