There is a tough road ahead for autistic kids in the future, and it is much harder if they want to have achievements in their careers. It is clearly to see that autistic kids are not able to spontaneously study the knowledge of recovery methods and professional occupational skills. It is so supremely important that we need to create innovative ways of recovery in order to teach them occupational skills and help them with personal capability of communication.In real life, barely acting independently, moreover performing inactively while learning recure and professional skills are actually one of the biggest roadblock for autistic children to grow up especially to develop their own career. Regarding to these common feature of autistic children, how to develop an innovative and effective approach to recure, develop professional skill and social interaction capability becomes a meaningful and critical topic.after having several researches in “S Autistic Home”, from the positive point of view, I have realized that autistic kids are able to have the ability to communicate through creative recovery methods and the practices of communication in the society. So I planned and organized four serial activities, named “Open the heart of the stars, Go for the future”, for increasing the capability of communication for autistic kids.Based on empowerment theory, author conducted a research in S Autistic recure center in Wu Han, confirmed that it's feasible for autistic children to enhance their social interaction capability through participating innovative recure activities, and being allocated more social resources. Therefore, aiming to help autistic children to enhance their social interaction capabilities, author designed and organized four social activities as a whole series which named “ Open Stars' heart, go for the future”According to the theory of increasing autistic kids' communication skills, this article is written for analyzing the designing ideas of the activities and the process of implementation, checking the influence among the autistic kids. We also oversaw and discussed the issues of the whole process and the effects of the activities.The scheme of the whole series of social activities has been set up based upon the perspective of empowerment theory. During the event, author also researched on the effectiveness for such event to enhance autistic children's social interaction capability. The issues and outcome has been summarized and discussed thoroughly and systematically after completing the whole series of activities..As conclusions of this article, author believe that first of all, by utilizing empowerment theory and providing professional service, it's feasible to enhance autistic children's social interaction capability through participating various activities with different social scenarios such as with individual, team or community. Secondly, for autistic children, with proper professional skill training such as handicraft, baking etc., autistic children are also possible to build up strong interest or even pursue their own career. Thirdly, the interaction between autistic children and individuals or community with enough resources will be extremely meaningful for both party to understand each other better. This will also allow autistic children to get more attention and support from society.From this article, we can see that,first of all, based on the theory of increasing autistic kids 'abilities of social work, it is possible to lead them to join into thesociety through different types of practices, such as individual practice, group practice or community practice. Secondly, autistic kids are able to have occupational achievements when they grow up if we give them more trainings according to their talents, for example, handcraft training, bakery training. Thirdly, during the social practices, social workers need to focus on developing interactive activities in order to let autistic kids have more opportunities to link to the society. In this way, autistic kids are able to walk into the society and be well known by the public.
