Gossip behavior is everywhere in our daily life, the man about 65% of the time to speak is talking about gossip(Dunbar, 2004).In the organization, employees will spend a lot of time to talk about some social problems, such as talking about other colleagues in the organization, etc.Gossip is deemed as an informal communication behavior in the organization plays a very important role.Existing many subjects involved gossip behavior research, covering social history, communication studies, anthropology, psychology, sociology, etc., gossip human behavior motivation, positive and negative influence in today's has received widespread attention, therefore, to discuss the reason of gossip behavior, gossip behavior influence factor, the behavior of gossip results has very strong theory significance and practical significance.In this paper, theory of planned behavior, organizational climate and employee relationships and gossip behavior and behavior intention of the related theory, reviewed the research status, based on the theory of planned behavior, social cognitive theory and social learning theory, this study from the "individual", "organization" and "relationship" three-dimensional perspective, to explore in the field of public sector planning behavior, organizational climate and employee interpersonal behavior and the influence of the behavioral intention of gossip, and put forward relevant assumptions, using literature research, questionnaire survey method to collect data, such as confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and structural equation model test, the following conclusions:(1) the planned behavior has a significant effect on gossip behavioral intention.Individual to gossip behavior of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control will influence the intention of gossip.(2) Gossip has a significant influence to gossip gossip behavioral intention behavior.Employees for the purpose of the gossip, including social benefit, information collection and verification, organization, maintenance as well as to others brings negative effect, different gossip behavioral intention will enable individuals to make the positive or negative gossip behavior.(3) the organizational climate has a significant influence on gossip behavior.Competitive organization or cooperative organizations make gossip behavior has a direct impact to employees.(4) employee relationship has a significant influence on gossip behavior.Staff relationships of different to gossip will directly affect employee behavior, the purpose of a positive or negative gossip.(5) gossip behavioral intention in the program behavior and gossip partial intermediary role behavior relationship.Finally, based on the research conclusion and management practice, Suggestions for future research and management for staff management direction of informal communication.
