Behavior Intention Of Agricultural College Students To Serve The Grassroots Based On The Decompose Theory Of Planned Behavior

Rural revitalization,talent is my country’s long-term binary economic structure has made talents.The willingness is not strong in the countryside,the rural talents are huge,and the contradiction between the rural people’s strong demand and the lack of agriculture of farmers are highly issued,and become the imba of the revolutionary strategy of rural resolution..Agricultural college graduates are elite talents in various fields of "three rural".They are the source and driving force of helping rural revitalization.The wishes and behaviors of the grassroots level will have an important impact on the quality and efficiency of my country’s agricultural rural modernization.However,there is currently the following two aspects of the above-mentioned problems: Firstly,the graduates of agricultural colleges and universities are more prominent,and they cannot provide sustained and effective talent supply for rural residence;secondly,although college students’ service grassroots policy It has achieved certain results,but there is a problem that the talent can not stay,the service period is short,and the human capital has not been completely externalized.In this context,firstly,this paper is designed to scale on decompose theory of planned behavior(DTPB)on the basis of the research results,related theory,concept review and definition,based on 393 graduates of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University.Questionnaire Survey Data,using structural equation modeling,from "dominant" and "invisible" double visual angle,analyze the cognitive judgment of agricultural college students involved in the service grassroots level,willingness to choose and behavioral intention.Secondly,on the basis of understanding the influencing factors of student service grassroots behavior of agricultural colleges and universities,follow the principles of quantitative principles,use the selection of experimental methods to explore the policies incentive incentives for the service base,and simulate the combination of policy clusters based on this result.Research indicates:(1)The behavioral attitude,subjective specifications and perceptual behavior controls involved in agricultural college students,which are significantly forward to the behavioral intention of their service base,where in the subjective specification dimensions have the greatest extent.(2)In the behavioral attitude dimension,the perceived usefulness,the sensibility and compatibility are significantly forward influence behavior,affecting the degree of high to low,is: perceive usefulness,compatibility,perceived ease of use At the perceived behavior control dimension,resource convenience conditions significantly positively influence the perceived behavior of respondents,and self-efficacy is not significant in statistics.(3)The service period is significantly negatively affected by the students’ choice preference.It is an important factor that determines whether they choose the base layer of the service;the alternative constant is negative and inspected by a significant test,relative to "current plan",Students are more willing to choose a policy alternative,indicating that policy clusters can optimize improvements;can be seen based on heterogeneity analysis,while facing the same preferential policy attribute,the higher the family month income,the more the "current plan" It is not willing to extend the service period by changing the preferential conditions;and the rural category is inclined to choose a replacement of policy preferential conditions.It is willing to extend the service period by changing the preferential conditions.Finally,this paper is based on the research conclusions.It is recommended to start a variety of formal education,improve the treatment of grassroots personnel,and attract more students,relatively long-lasting service grassroots.
