Study On The Characteristics, Problems And Countermeasures Of Population Flow In The Process Of Urbanization In Hebei Province

Since the reform and opening up, with China's urbanization construction continuously promote and improve, provided strong guidance and promote labor resources to achieve rapid flow. Population flow has been a key issue in the development of urbanization in China and abroad, and the accelerated flow of population is an important social phenomenon in the development of urbanization. At present, China's huge population floating population has also become the object of widespread concern in the community.Based on the background of Beijing Tianjin Hebei coordinated development strategy, this paper takes the population flow phenomenon in the urban construction of Hebei Province as the research breakthrough point. First, through the further consolidation of the fourth, fifth and sixth China census statistics in Hebei Province with the data of floating population, from the distribution between urban and rural population migration, the reason of migration, changes in the size, age structure, cultural quality and migration direction multiple angles were analyzed, revealing the realistic characteristics of the population flow in Hebei Province. Then, in view of the main reasons for the migration of the population in Hebei province and the problems in the process of migration were analyzed. Finally, in order to realize the rational and effective flow of population in Hebei Province, put forward some practical countermeasures and suggestions in order to achieve using the rational planning of Hebei Province urbanization construction in human resources, and promote the orderly development of the Hebei Province Economic, social and cultural harmony, especially in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in the coordinated development strategy background, better, faster to realize the process of urbanization in Hebei Province population flow orderly and effective.
