Research On Urbanization Of Rural Population In Hengshui City

This paper takes how to coordinate the development of rural population urbanization with the reform of household registration system as the research direction.Taking Hengshui City as an example,this paper analyzes the role of household registration system reform in the process of rural population urbanization through theoretical analysis,social investigation and comparative study of rural population migration in several representative periods.China has a large population,while the rural population accounts for the majority.With the development of urbanization,the rural population is constantly pouring into the city,which plays an important role in expanding the domestic demand in the urban areas,stimulating the urban economic development and promoting the urban construction An important role.However,due to the existence of dual economic structure system in our country,there are still urban and rural double standards in many fields of social public service,such as household registration management,medical level,educational resources,public infrastructure construction,etc.For these foreign people living in cities and registered in rural areas,it is difficult to enjoy the same social and public services as the urban population.This will lead to an increase in the cost of living in the city,a lack of sufficient security and self-confidence,and a low degree of social integration.With the promotion of the reform of the household registration system in our country,the local governments have introduced new policies one after another.Compared with the big cities,Hengshui has far less stringent restrictions on household registration than the first-tier cities,but the high cost of living represented by high house prices,the limited carrying capacity and the lack of adequate protection of vital interests in Hengshui,and so on,still have an insurmountable threshold for the rural population with relatively low income levels.Therefore,as far as Hengshui City is concerned,the attraction of the city to the rural population is not great.At present,it is difficult to realize a new round of urbanization of the rural population by the reform of the household registration system alone.The full text is divided into four chapters.The introduction mainly introduces the research ideas and background of this paper,as well as the research summary of household registration system and urbanization.The first chapter introduces the concepts of urbanization,new urbanization,household registration management and household registration system,analyzes the rural population migration in the new urbanization,and analyzes the development situation of new urbanization in Hengshui City.The second chapter summarizes the reform of the household registration system in Hengshui,including the measures taken and the results achieved.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the outstanding problems facing the urbanization of rural population in Hengshui: carrying capacity of population transfer and small towns The problem of decreasing attraction,the vital interests of farmers in the process of urbanization,and the related system reform.The fourth chapter puts forward reasonable policy suggestions on speeding up the process of new urbanization: first,strengthening infrastructure construction and improving public service capacity,and second,continuing to promote the reform of household registration system in small cities.Third,speed up the promotion of small cities comprehensive supporting reform.
