Great growth potential for the development of private education is education,is an important force in promoting education reforms,young teachers in private as the backbone of the development of private universities,the stability of the planned relating to teaching in private colleges,stability,concerns the quality of University teaching,scientific research and the goal of private colleges and universities are able to achieve.At present,judging from the external environment,the Government introduced policies to stabilize the contingent of teachers in universities of enterprise annuity system related files,but most stay in protection level,lack of strong measures to stabilize the contingent of teachers and theoretical basis,the lack of more established institutional mechanisms.From the internal environment,short history,experience in running a relatively small private colleges and universities,all aspects of the management system standard,especially in the pay system.Teacher salary reference salary system of enterprise and public schools,does not reflect the particularity of private colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper combined with the common problem of private colleges is facing,from the overall salary strategy perspective,combined with empirical analysis,mainly with the methods of investigation and literature research method and expounds the influence of total compensation of Shanghai private college young teachers' occupation stability,this paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter puts forward the background,significance,definition of private universities in Shanghai,the overall salary strategy,the concept of stability of young teachers in private colleges,teachers' occupation,the comprehensive salary strategy and related theory;the second chapter explains the overall salary strategy and motivation theory of two factors,comprehensive analysis of the relationship between compensation strategy and stable occupation from the theoretical level;third the chapter introduces the current situation of the comprehensive salary strategy of private universities in Shanghai and the existing problems;the fourth chapter introduces the domestic and foreign private / private colleges on system and policy experience,provide reference for domestic private colleges and stable teachers;the fifth chapter introduces the research on young teachers' occupation stability of internal and external environment in the comprehensive salary strategy of private universities Shanghai City,and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures,has certain operability;at the same time,summary This paper summarized the conclusions,provide policy support for the development of the teachers in private colleges,schools as the main body of the main responsibility bear the stability of young teachers,incentive mechanism of industry associations to explore the establishment of comprehensive salary strategy of private universities,summed up the concise and to the point of this paper,and the research value in the affirmative.
