Throughout the history of the development of education, we can find that sex and education is pair of combination that cannot be separated, the education fairness people pursue falls more on the sexual education fairness level in many case. Advocacy for education fairness between two sexes has become a common understanding and common pursuit of the whole world, the reason is that the huge development difference between male and female in social largely attributed to the education unfairness between two sexes.Promoting educational fairness between the sexes is not only an important issue in the field of education, but also an important way to eliminate the huge differences between male and famale in the field of social development and promote gender equality.Primary school education is the basis of the whole national education system and the initial stage where construct and train correct life outlook and value outlook of male and female.But there is a serious phenomenon of gender stereotypes in primary school education, it not only induced the dominant ed ucation unfairness, but also instinct education unfair, and becomes an important reason of the huge social development difference of male and female in the future. So this paper selects the several primary schools in Nanling County, Wuhu C ity, Anhui Province as study text and researches education fairness issues from the perspective of gender stereotype. After investigating primary school by the way of questionnaire and on-site interview, we found that: on the one hand, gender stereotypes commonly exists in school textbooks, teaching and campus culture, which induces the instinct education unfairness between the male and female; on the other hand, gender stereotypes commonly exists in school, family and social education capital investment, which induces dominant education unfairness between male and female.The reason why there are instinct and dominant education unfairness issues in primary school education, from the perspective of the education subject, the main is because the gender stereotypes that generate in teachers’ attitude and behavior inhibit the girl’s self-confidence, the gender stereotypes that generate in campus culture influence the girl’s ambition. From the perspective of the education object, the main is because gender stereotypes among students hurt girls self- respect, girls own gender stereotypes reduces the confidence. From the perspective of education environment and carrier, the main is because the educational environment of society, family and school is more conducive to the boy’s develop ment, the allocation of teaching facilities and equipment is not fair. To solve education unfairness issues caused by gender stereotypes, we should seek solutions from three aspects: developing the function of education subject, attaching importance to the role of education object, constructing equal educational environment and carrier of male and female.
