Gender equality has always been a social topic of international concern.The voice of gender equality has always existed.Under the impact of increasing gender equality social issues,the gender stereotypes in learning and education have also begun to attract people’s attention.This study uses survey and interview methods to identify the traits of teachers,the teacher’s discipline and constraints to teachers,the ability of teachers to identify students,the assignment of teachers to students,the assignment of teachers to students,and the interaction between teachers and students.Conduct an investigation.The study found that teachers have different gender stereotypes from their own perceptions and teachers’ gender stereotypes.Teachers’ general self-evaluation is not obvious in daily education activities,but students perceive teachers as gender stereotypes.There are also differences in the internal structure of the teacher group itself;long-term single work makes it easy for teachers to form gender stereotypes in teaching.The older the teacher’s gender stereotype is more obvious;different subject characteristics make teachers form gender stereotypes,teachers receive The influence of academic achievement feedback of subject students forms a corresponding gender stereotype;the lack of gender equality education in schools leads to a lack of awareness of gender equality between teachers and students.Based on the above research,in order to improve the development status of gender equality education in primary and secondary schools,the following suggestions are given: teachers should clarify the purpose of education;teachers should establish the concept of lifelong learning;teachers should accept diverse values;build a family with gender equality;Schools with gender equality;teacher education to strengthen gender equality. |
