Facing the opportunities and challenges of a new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution, China puts forward the strategic deployment of "Made in China 2025".To transform and develop, to train personnel first. At present, colleges, the subject of a applied talents, is faced with enormous challenges. For example, training equipment is inadequate,teaching content is seriously divorced from job and skills requirements of enterprises in rapid development of intelligent manufacturing industry, most of the applied undergraduates and vocational college teachers lack the front-line experience. Referring to the experience from that the advanced manufacturing enterprises provide courses by internet-based cubic college under the background of German industry 4.0, this paper puts forward the construction of resource network teaching platform. The platform supports teaching resources from advanced enterprises of intelligent manufacturing and the teaching and learning in the process of talent training effectively, so as to promote talents training of "Made in China 2025".Through analyzing the training mode of applied talents, this paper puts forward the construction of the resource library by using the fragmented resources to form structured and systematic design course, and proposes constructing a shared resource platform by applying the Scorm standard. The existing network teaching platform cannot effectively support display and utilization of teaching resources, and fully autonomous development has several disadvantages, such as a larger workload, and long development cycle. Through investigation and analysis, this paper proposes the construction of resource-based network teaching platform based on open source eFront learning management system.First of all, this paper introduces the research background and present situation, and analyzes the demand of the resource-based network teaching platform. Then, it analyses andcompares the characteristics of open source learning management systems, selects eFront for secondary development, and deeply analyzes the function structure and the program code of eFront. Then, the platform design scheme were developed based on eFront. Based on the functional requirements and the eFront structure, the reconstruction design of the related structure are made to highlight teaching resources and improve the deficiencies of eFront.Through the test application, the platform has reached requirements of the design. Finally, the platform development is completed. And the resource-based network teaching platform has been successfully applied to several schools through testing.
