Research On Innovation Of Academic-focused Colleges And Universities Internal Governance Structure

With the constant development of our social construction, colleges and universities are considered as the center of attention for their social position in the science, education, social service and cultural heritage. The internal governance structure of colleges and universities is believed to be the key point of the systematic construction in modern colleges and universities. Since 2014, China has presented several policies, with the consideration of current development of colleges and universities and under the guidance of the principle of managing state affairs according to law, to optimize the internal governance structure of colleges and universities, make it trace back to the origin of being college and university and provide the country soft power as competitiveness. Analyzing the problems happened in running administrative power and academic power, as well as their influencing factors, this paper is to present the countermeasures of the internal governance structure construction, which are centered with academic-focused research and guaranteed by party's leadership and administrative service guarantee.The paper generally explains the study on internal governance structure of colleges and universities including its background and significance, introduces the current research condition and methods, and expounds the concepts of management and governance, the significance of management and governance in higher education, its basics of regulatory system, college regulations as well as the concept of focused of academic research. Making the comparative study on the internal governance structure of colleges and universities in the United States, France and Germany and their associated factors, the paper generalizes the worthy experience from these three countries.
