Esearch On The Development Of Sports Equipment Resources Of Some Rural Primary Schools In Hunan Province

As China's focus on students' physicals and mental healthy, the focus of the curriculum reform from the examination oriented education into quality education, elementary educations as the begin of the basic education, in the process of growing up in a pivotal position. The develop of curriculum resources is the key to the curriculum reforms of basic educations, and the developments of sports equipment resources is not only an important part of curriculum resources reform, but also to strengthen quality education, improve the teaching effect of physical education and health courses, and promote students' physical and mental health. Because of the social environment, the different between the governments and the develop of urban and rural area, there are still different between urban and rural school. Most of the rural schools has the shortage of funds, lack of sports equipment, the governments is also difficult to invest enough money in shorts times. Therefore, this papers uses the methods of literature, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other research on the status of rural primary school sports equipment in Hunan Province, Hunan province sports equipment and sports equipment, and find out the reasons for the lack of sports equipment and sports equipment resources development, through the literature and investigation, put forward the development of rural primary school sports equipment in Hunan Province, the principle of attention, and characteristics of development. From the survey, we can see: 1 Hunan province rural primary schools sports equipment type is less, the quality is poor; the quantity and quality are not to meets the requirements; equipment specifications do not conforms to the physical and mental developments characteristics of primary schools students. In sports equipment management process system is too old, no special sports equipment management personnel. 2. The majority of Hunan Province in rural primary schools of sports equipment resources were developed, and physical education teachers and students of sports equipment resources for the development of greater interest; 3. Hunan Province rural primary school sports equipment resources for the development the main reason is due to the needs of the existing sports equipment can not satisfy the sports teaching and sports activities. The main reason for the development of sports equipment resources in the rural primary schools in Hunan province is the lack of funds for sports equipment and the old sports equipment.In this paper, aiming at the existing problem of rural primary school in hunan province sports equipment resources and development present situation, proposes ways to improve the present situation of its development, and analyzes in the sports equipment resources development should grasp the principle and the matters needing attention. This not only can alleviate because sports equipment problems such as insufficient resources causes the sports teaching content, also can enrich the students' class inside and outside sports activities, to promote the sustainable development of school sports.
