This thesis’s starting point is rural primary school sports demand, randomlyselected nine counties within Shaoyang, Huaihua, Chenzhou, Xiangxiang, Yiyangthis five area in Hunan province of the rural primary school students for the survey.Payment of the questionnaire, conversation with the parents and students, investigateschool teachers teaching management, the venues and equipment, and students the spiritof emotional content. Logical analysis of the findings, combined with the related literature,we found the relationship of rural primary school sports demand and supply is dynamic,and focus on multi-dimensional theory and practice of it.Found the unity of opposites and the law of development of this contradiction. That’sthe foundation for the initial establishment of a rural primary school sports demand andsupply of basic theoretical framework. It can paving the way for rural elementary schoolphysical education with a new perspective, paving the way for other experts andscholars-depth study of sports demand.Through the research,we found that the rural primary school sports demand in Hunanprovince is also presented from the general demand to senior demand characteristics.According to the theory of supply and demand,we can know the demand of differentlevels, the contradiction between supply and demand are different. With the nation’seducation policy, education environment, and economic changes, can cause the supply anddemand of vulnerable. At present, the situation of Hunan province rural pupils sportsdemand is: in short supply, there is some change of power, the author tries to find out thecontradiction between supply and demand balance of power adjustment. And through thegovernment, schools and education of the competent department of regulation, to promotethe development of rural primary school sports education.
