A Comparative Study Of Sports Venue Equipment Allocation In Rural Primary Schools In Northern Jiangsu Province

The purpose of this study is to investigate the equipment,management and use of sports equipment in rural primary schools in northern Jiangsu province.Based on the Standard of Educational Technical Equipment for Primary and Secondary Schools in Jiangsu Province(the 12 th Five-Year Plan edition),a comparative analysis is made between the township central primary schools and village primary schools to find out the gaps and deficiencies,and to make suggestions for the development and construction of sports equipment in rural primary schools in northern Jiangsu province.Significance of the study: Subei,as the weakest area in Jiangsu province,is also the region with the largest difference in the allocation of educational resources between urban and rural areas.This paper discusses the equipment,management and use of sports facilities in rural primary schools in northern Jiangsu,hoping to help the development and construction of sports equipment in rural primary schools in northern Jiangsu,and further promote the equalization of sports equipment resources in rural primary schools in northern Jiangsu.Research methods: literature method,field investigation method,interview method,questionnaire method,comparative research method,and other research methods.The results showed that the specifications and models of sports venues in rural primary schools in northern Jiangsu could be equipped according to the Standard,but the average number of equipment was lower than the Standard.Complete the rental of facilities and equipment,good use and report damage records;most primary school fixed equipment service life of more than 8 years;track and field and ball equipment use frequency,fitness and gymnastics equipment use frequency is low;sports equipment rooms are not open to students,reducing students‘ interest in participating in extracurricular sports activities.Conclusion :(1)The overall allocation of sports equipment in rural primary schools in northern Jiangsu is not ideal,and there is still a big gap from the requirements of the Standard.(2)There are differences between the central primary school in rural villages and towns in northern Jiangsu and the village children in the equipment of sports venues.The equipment of the central primary school sports venues is rich in variety,sufficient in quantity,and poor in small quantity and quality in villages.(3)There are differences in the management of sports equipment between primary schools in rural towns and villages in northern Jiangsu.Central primary school sports equipment management staff more reasonable,small village sports facilities equipment management staff shortage;central primary school sports equipment related system implementation more regulation Fan,the village small sports field equipment related system implementation is weak.(4)The special funds for sports facilities and equipment in rural primary schools in northern Jiangsu are relatively low,the average funds for primary school students in township centers are higher than those for small villages,and there is a chronic shortage of special funds for sports facilities in small villages.(5)There are differences in the use of sports equipment between primary schools in rural towns and villages in northern Jiangsu.The use of track and field and ball game facilities in township central primary schools is better than that in small villages,and the use of small body sports facilities in villages is better than that in township central primary schools.
