The main purpose of the secondary vocational school is to cultivate the compound talents. With the needs of society, the secondary vocational education has achieved rapid development in the past 20 years, the school sports as a means to cultivate moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and all aspects of the development of the society. How to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff work and enthusiasm will be an important part of school sports management objectives. The establishment of a scientific and reasonable secondary vocational school sports reward system, to mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the relevant personnel, to promote the school teaching, training, competition and other levels of improvement has an important role.This article takes the sports reward system of Zhuzhou Hunan three secondary vocational schools as the research object, combined with the existing incentive system to analyze and sum up, using literature, questionnaire survey, logical analysis, mathematical analysis and other research methods to investigate the status quo of Sports Awards in secondary vocational schools in Hunan province. The following conclusions: first, three secondary vocational schools have sports reward system, but not perfect, lack of integrity. Three, second school sports competition award content is relatively sound, but the level of competition has limitations. Three, third schools in the awards are reflected in the material and spiritual rewards, but the material rewards, the spirit of the more light. Fourth, the school in the incentives to extend the means and methods of a single, lack of flexibility and diversity. Fifth, the school of the coaches of the incentive system is not perfect, the lack of incentive. Sixth, the school reward system of the implementation of the main body is relatively single, the implementation of Sports Awards is not in place, the lack of equity incentive system.Through the research, it is suggested that the first and the management department should understand the needs of different levels, and to establish the perfect sports reward system based on the basic level staff in Hunan province. Second, to expand the level of competition, to enhance the competition specifications, and more to participate in the competition of high scale. Third, pay attention to the effective combination of spiritual and material rewards. Fourth, reward ways and means should be diversified, to its dregs, takes its essence, innovate in the traditional way of reward. Fifth, improve the incentive system of the coaches, to ensure that the coaches of the award and the school's goal is consistent. Sixth, the school awards system to implement the main body to diversify, strengthen management, the implementation of job responsibilities, to ensure that the implementation of the award, and to ensure the fair and reasonable.
