With the development of society and the transformation of people's values, the number of single-parent families is increasing. Due to the lack of fatherly or motherly love, coupled with the material and mental stress brought about by the changes of family environment, the children of single-parent families have psychological and behavioral abnormalities.it is very worrying.School as an important institution of training people, has not only the noble mission and inescapable responsibility of educating and managing single-parent families children, but also the necessarily requirement for single-parent families children to enjoy science education during their healthy growth. Because of the special relationship between teachers and students, peer relationship in school and the status of school in society,school education and management have a special role in scientific education for single-parent families children. So we should actively play shools' function in education and management for single-parent families students, and provide targeted intervention strategies for their education on psychology and behavior.In this paper, the main objects of study are 55 single-parent families students in more than 700 primary school pupils from the first to sixth grade in Q school, their parents and the associated 60 educators.The main methods are questionnaire, interviews and observation. The main research and analysis are the psychology and behavior of single-parent families students, and the status of the management of school education. It proposed some solution countermeasures such as the establishment of "flexible and rigid hand" management philosophy, the improvement of the system construction, attention to cultural construction, the strengthening of the construction of teachers' resources,the establishment of professional psychological intervention agency,the establishment of "home- school" communication platform,the strengthening of model demonstration education and so on.
