In recent years, the number of vocational college enrollment of the accounting profession continues to increase, more and more accounting graduates coming from vocational college major accounting jobs, there has been considerable development of accounting talent cultivation. But at the same time, the distinguishing features have not been well stressed in many vocational college. As a result, in many cases, accounting talents coming from vocational college cannot not fully meet the needs of social development, especially to meet the needs of enterprise development.Meanwhile, with the accelerated development of market economy, the development of small and medium private enterprises is also accelerating. To date, the number of SMEs has almost hit 90% of the total number of enterprises, creating almost two-thirds of national output, playing a more and more important role in the national economy. The reason in most accounting graduate and undergraduate students as SMEs As the large workload and relatively low wages, most post graduates and undergraduate student are not willing to work in SMEs. With huge demand for accounting professionals, small and medium enterprises provide a large number of employment opportunities for vocational college graduates.This paper selects Baoding Vocational and Technical College Accounting training model as an example, on the basis of the analysis of the demand and employment for the accounting talent in vocational college, points out the progress and shortcomings of the accounting talent cultivation mode in vocational colleges, attempts to put forward some useful exploration for the construction of the accounting talent cultivation mode.
