The combination of work and learning is an important value orientation of vocational education talent training.The proper combination of "work" and "learning" has a profound impact on the construction of students’ knowledge framework and the improvement of students’ operation skills.The talent training model is extremely inclusive and involves training goals,curriculum system,quality evaluation,guarantee mechanism,etc.As an accounting major in secondary vocational schools with strong application and operability and high requirements for comprehensive practical skills,we should vigorously promote the talent-training model of combining engineering and learning to cultivate more talents that meet the needs of the post.Analyze the constituent elements of the talent-training model of combining work and study with literature method,using questionnaire survey method and interview method to survey the Q secondary vocational school’s accounting students,teachers,school management personnel and enterprise personnel to conduct a panoramic and in-depth study on the operation of the Q-vocational accounting professional engineering-study integration talent training model and the effect of talent training,focusing on analyzing the gap between the ideal and reality of the Q secondary vocational school accounting professional-study integration talent training model.This is mainly reflected in four aspects: the training target positioning is not accurate enough,the curriculum system is not complete,the quality evaluation has guiding deviations,and the guarantee mechanism is not perfect.Aiming at the deficiencies in the implementation of the training model of the combination of engineering and learning in the accounting profession of Q vocational school,corresponding optimization strategies were proposed for the four dimensions of talent training target positioning,include curriculum system,quality evaluation,and guarantee mechanism: first,from the perspective of the goal of talent training,the accuracy of target positioning should be improved,the effective connection of the goals between learning stages should be emphasized,strengthen the tightness of curriculum objectives among various disciplines;second,the dimension of the curriculum system,the theoretical and practical depth and tightness of the course content should be strengthened,the module structure of the course should be optimized,to tap the accounting curriculum resources in the new media era;third,the quality evaluation dimension,the evaluation method and evaluation process should be further optimized,and a circular evaluation system involving multiple subjects in and outside the school should be constructed;fourth,with regard to the dimension of the guarantee mechanism,we should improve the incentive mechanism for the quality of talent training at the policy level,improve the guarantee mechanism for the operation of the talent training model,and optimize the communication mechanism for multi-agent collaborative education.The study provides a certain theoretical basis and practical experience for the vocational school accounting major to more effectively implement the work-study-integrated talent training model,and lay the foundation for further improving the vocational school-student-integrated talent training model.
