Private training education is an important part of private education in our country, in recent years, with the rapid growth of Chinese economy and the country for private education policy of loosening, training industry maintained a rapid growth in China, state of training education is becoming more and more attention. Although private training schools met many development opportunities, but also has a staff of human resources factors such as it restricts the development of schools, good human resources management development is not only the functional requirement of the training school management itself, also will become the inevitable choice of new Oriental school. A training school to stop cutting edge in the competitive era, it is necessary to pay attention to human resources management present situation investigation, to understand the problems of human resource management, and constantly develop measures to solve the problem, in order to adapt to the requirement of industry development. New Oriental now operating in China's most successful private training institutions are also facing the same problem.In this article, through the spot check, interview and questionnaire investigation about the present situation of Harbin new Oriental school human resources management in the form of the research, according to the present situation of human resource management concluded its existing problems, and the existing problems in order, and then, according to the analysis and tease out the main problems of human resource management, according to the basic theory of human resources of logic thinking put forward a solution to Harbin new Oriental human resource management issues faced by the specific countermeasures. This article formulate the corresponding countermeasures about training management personnel of the modern management consciousness, to play the role of human resources management, human resources management and enterprise strategy effective combination, strict applicable staff recruitment, reasonable and effective staff training and scientific performance management system and condensation of harmonious enterprise culture.Through research in this paper, for Harbin new Oriental school established the countermeasures to solve the problem of human resource management, and connecting with the school actual situation, countermeasures for the concrete implementation of security measures are put forward. At the same time, the Harbin new Oriental school long-term human resources system construction put forward the concrete implementing scheme and safeguard measures, to ensure the human resource management countermeasures is feasible.
