In recent years, research on adolescent mental health has become the focus of public attention, but just a part of this group did not enter the public eye, this part of the population in the country under the background is actually a huge number of group of people. Published data show that in the 1996-2010 years, 15 years, a total of 635,000 orphans were adopted.Many public would think that these orphans into the orphanage even if the task is completed,not including the X City Y welfare of my internship. In contact with this population was found in fact, our knowledge is not enough, these orphans, especially this group going into the youth groups of society(ie the orphanage school students age group), most of them appeared to be so not confident so difficult foothold in the community, and ultimately forced to return to the orphanage life. Low self-esteem that most of us have ever had a mental problem, if not into forward momentum will be accompanied and affect our lives.The study was preliminary questionnaires, visits, scale-based self-assessment preparation,interviews, etc., through analysis, to understand the basic situation of the Students' Welfare age groups, assessed the psychological needs of this group, to determine the final service object. In Erickson eight stage theory of personality development, Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, under the theory of interpersonal needs and social support network theory guidance, through the use of case work and group work methods, serve to conduct applied research inferiority complex interventions, to boost the confidence of clients.Finally, the X-Y City welfare cases and group work experience summary and evaluation,affirmed the social welfare work methods in effectiveness of school-age high school students inferiority complex problem solving on this group. Targeted Social Work Methods strong, full participation, etc. can help the group get a sense of belonging and self-confidence, to vent negative emotions, form the correct cognition, learning communication skills to provide effective assistance and thus enhance their self-confidence, courage to face future challenges in life.
