Social Work Intervention Research On Children's Inferiority Phenomenon In Urban Low-income Households

As one of the environmental factors affecting children's growth,family has a significant influence on children's mental health.Scholars research results at home and abroad and the needs assessment survey of this study suggest that urban low-income families children because the family on the government's aid,on the one hand,poor living conditions,on the other hand,due to the families with low income or low income family,will be marginalized in the interpersonal communication,prone to low self-esteem,timid in interpersonal communication,lack of self-confidence,severe cases will produce negative emotions,behavioural biases.At present,most of the researches on how to eliminate the inferiority complex of children living in low-income families are still in the field of psychology,mainly based on theoretical guidance,but lacking in practical methods.In recent years,under the background of government purchasing services,professional social work plays an increasingly important role in helping special groups.This article takes nanjing daishan housing area as the service object,part of the low-income families children of these children are faced with the problem through the analysis of the needs assessment,and from the perspectives of cognitive behavioral theory and advantages,the use of case study and group work method in their inferiority complex problems,which makes their self-esteem and self-acceptance,promote the healthy growth of individuals.From the results of intervention evaluation,it can be seen that the intervention of social workers has a significant effect on alleviating the inferiority of children living in urban families with subsistence allowances,which has accumulated experience in how to intervene in such services through professional social workers.At the same time,this paper summarizes and reflects on the interventional service,hoping to provide some reference for similar research in the future.
